At Deskly, every order is packed with care — from our facility to your doorstep. Whether you’ve ordered desk organisers, trays, pen holders, file holders, or workspace essentials, we make sure your items arrive safely, securely, and ready to upgrade your setup.


🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

📍 Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.


📦 Packaging & Handling

Every Deskly order is:

  • Carefully packed using protective materials designed to help prevent transit damage

  • Securely sealed to protect finishes, edges, and surfaces

  • Handled with care to ensure items arrive in excellent condition

🎁 Gifting a Deskly piece?
You may add a personalized message or choose gift-style packaging at checkout (where available).

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together unless requested otherwise.


📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same business day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time or extra fees may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery charges may apply if delivery attempts are unsuccessful

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly
